• Complete Rules of SB 191

North Conejos School District abides by those statutes, directions and intent of this Senate Bill with fidelity and honor.  Through the use of our 1338 Council, made up of a diverse group of statkeholders ranging from parents, teachers, and our District Accountability Committee members, a strategic plan is developed each year to collaborate on best practices, measurements of student learning (MSL's) percentages, and all facets of holding ourselves accountable for student achievement.  We believe this process is vital to our sustaining our District Accredited with Distinction rating.  Using the CDE RANDA evaluation tool, each year begins with goals and measures designed to improve upon weaknesses and continues to build on the cyclical process of goal setting for each teacher, principal, and special services provider.  Attached below are descriptors, in great detail, of SB191 rules and directives, and should you want access to the CDE Educator Effectiveness page, here is the link: https://www.cde.state.co.us/educatoreffectiveness.  If you have any quesitons, comments or input, please feel free to contact me directly.
