About the Teacher

 

 

Thomas Roberts

 

Thomas Roberts is the Construction Technology teacher better known as Wood Shop Teacher. He has over 17 years of experience in education.  Thomas pursued his Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology at Southern Utah University, and continued on to his Masters in Educational Leadership at Northern Arizona University.  CTE has always been an area of interest for Thomas, his love of antiques and automobiles fit right into this area and make life better when he gets to work with his hands.  He  has enjoyed making furniture for his wife and children.  Much of his home’s furniture is hand made by himself.  He has worked construction for many years.  He has also restored and added on to many homes and flipped homes for 15 years. Thomas is married  and has three beautiful children.  His hobbies of course include, woodworking, along with, farming, and working on old cars.
