With Spring Break approaching, it's the perfect time to focus on self care! When we take a moment to focus on ourselves, we often see great benefits! Self care is essential for maintaining physical, mental, and emotional health, preventing burnout, and reducing chronic stress. Simple self care strategies include: prioritizing sleep, eating a healthy diet, exercising, setting boundaries, and taking time for hobbies; below are more ideas of ways you can take care of yourself.

We are coming into the 4th quarter, beginning March 23, it's time to "lock-in"! If you need help prioritizing grades, organizing yourself, setting and keeping goals, let me know - I'm happy to help however I can. The fourth quarter is usually fast and furious so try and stay on top of work as it comes and seek help when you need it. Remember, to "choose your hard" and you'll often see greater results.
