Did you know that January is named after Janus, the Roman god with two heads? He has one to look back and one to look forward to the new year! I'm not big on looking back, but you can reflect on the happy times from the past year, as well as what you want to do differently moving forward. As you look forward to the new year, think about what you want from this year and picture yourself getting it: believing you can do it is half the battle!
