Freshman: Laila Martinez
The Food Bank in La Jara needs help! They have been pushed to give people smaller rations due to the expensive prices. They told us that we can help them serve our community by donating them money and food. Any food would work, but they especially would like to have butter, fresh fruit, fresh vegetables, and meat to help the people who need the food be healthier. They have struggled to get these items because of how expensive they are. So, as a community, let's help the food bank and those around us because we care for our community.
So what is Centauri High School going to do about it? We're asking everyone to bring something to the Monte Vista basketball game so that we can support the food bank. Thank you!
